1. What really made a difference for us was despite arriving a few hours ahead of normal check in time and finding that there was not a room at the level at which we reserved, the desk clerk offered to upgrade us to a better room and allow us to check in right away.

3. There was a loud high pitch from the airconditioning unit, so perhaps we would have slept better if we moved to another room.

4. However, the speeds in town are very very slow 35 mph and there are no other freeways, so it might be better to chose a hotel closer to the University area.
