1. The only thing I didn't like was when I asked for directions, the guy at the desk asked to see my key, when I showed him, he told me to go to the business center and look it up on the internet.

5. The shower water was overly softened, for my taste, and the pressure a little weak, and it seems like hotel sinks never want to drain.

6. We were disappointed because we would have like to get a bite to eat after the show and the choices were pretty much bars at that point- not a good idea with a preteen.
"Next to Campus! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/16/2012 Vote
7. When we arrived, check in went smooth although the woman working the desk could have been a bit less like a wet dish rag and a bit more enthusiastic about having customers (who ultimately are the reason she gets a paycheck).

8. The huge atrium generates some strange acoustic effects and it sounded like a person was vacuum cleaning outside me room.
