9. This is much better than rated by Expedia, it was clean, everyone friendly, nice grounds, has a restaurant and bar, free hot breakfast (they make you an omelett as you want it).

10. I would judge the hotel more harshly were it not for the very responsive and positive treatment I received from one of the staff - Jamie - who treated my second complaint with great attentiveness, and moved me to a much better-located room for my third and final night.
