4. We were given a room on the 3rd floor at the end of a hallway, minus a little noise from a group or spring breakers staying in the room below which ended promptly at 10pm, the room was quiet.

5. A few days prior I called the hotel to ask for a quiet room, I am a very finicky sleeper, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and advised that they would do their best to satisfy my needs.
