1. In addition to restaurant recommendations they allowed us to checkout a couple hours late so we could enjoy the pool on the last day of our trip.

3. If you are arriving to Tuscon on the day of your event, and it is in the evening, then I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

4. I do agree with the earlier comment that recommended additional seating for the continental breakfast - especially with the vendors and buyers there for the bead show, the area was crowded and there weren't quite enough tables and chairs for people to enjoy their morning coffee or a bit of breakfast- though I did get the chance to meet some new people.

5. I'd highly recommend Union which is in Phillips Plaza with the hotel.

6. Philips Plaza and people immediately ask have you stayed at the Windmill? I think it speaks highly of this hotel when your doctors make a point of recommending the hotel.

7. The only other (minor) room recommendation would be that there be ceramic mugs in the room for coffee rather than styrofoam, which I don't like.
