In response to the contention that they simply did not want to appeal to the sort of clientele that would want snacks, I explained that the JW Marriott, 4 Seasons, Rennaisance, Scribner Hollow -whatever-they all offer clients access to food (chips, candy) without making them purchase a full meal.
