4. 1) I found that the bed was hard and pillows were not very good (but husband really liked the bed and pillows so it is definately a personal thing) 2) We were on the 1st floor and turned the heat up to as high as it would go and the room only stayed at 70 degrees the whole time .

5. Water took a while to get hot but when it did, it got very very hot and stayed hot for what seemed like forever.

6. One side of the mattress in room 215 is totally worn; you almost feel like you will fall through.

9. I complained in the morning and he assured me they arent all like that but now Im tired amd have an asthma attack.

10. To be honest, we've stayed in other Red Roof Inns where the owners really don't care, and you can feel like you don't even want to walk around the room in bare feet.
