2. The fact that the rooms are incredibly outdated and that the bathtub looked like it has not been cleaned in years is not the worst of it.

3. I'm sure' It just so happened that the Spokane police were called and the first thing the police officer wanted to know was where my gun was? The cop told me, the night clerk said he seen a gun safe? What he saw was a lock box, yet they could not see our room hadn't been cleaned.

4. So i called down to the front desk and Dan told me i could come down and get some clean towels 'really', so when i went down to the front desk for clean towels, Dan told me he would give me a discount on our room humm.

5. No clean towel's, the trash wasn't emptied,The bed hadn't been made, the coffee pot still had the mornings coffee left sitting in it, no one had even gone into the room, yet we had to trip over the maids cart to leave.

6. I got an email from the manager who basically said I was given a favor by not being charged for the full 3 nights and they had to charge me the $79 b/c the room had been used for more than an hour and housekeeping had to clean the room.

9. We stayed for two separate nights, and while the bedding/sheets were new and clean the first time, the other room we stayed in for the next night had older bedsheets.

10. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever, and the bed had a huge yellow stain in the middle of it, and the comforter had God only knows what all over it.
