2. it was good stay they have new manager the hotel looks lot better then ithought room was very clean and lady shuttle driver was very kind and their rate is low then other motels.

3. The exterior of the building doesn`t very look impressive, there is some repainting and patchwork needed and the new ownership appears to be working on these things.

4. When I got to the Spokane House, I was a bit suspicious because of all the bad reviews but the clerk at the front told me it was under new ownership and they made a lot of changes.

5. I asked at the desk if there was a problem with the hotel and he said they had just gotten new maids two days before and apologized and said he`d give us the best room in the house, the' one JFK had stayed in' and I said OK.
