1. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to a main arterial.

3. The rooms are perfectly acceptable, and the back of the hotel is quite quiet due to a bunch of trees .

4. Located on the main shopping strip in Spokane, it is surprisingly quiet (although I do suggest asking for a rear room if you are a very light sleeper and won't have the a/c operating).
