1. We lugged our 5 bags across the parking lot to another building, only to find out that the room hadn't been cleaned from the last stay.

9. It's true that it's not the newest hotel in Spokane, but the rates were reasonable, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast made the room rate even better.
