3. However, the bathroom tub was not clean, there were less than two sets of towels for the three of us, the bathroom fan didn't work and we couldn't seem to adjust the room temperature.

4. Here's all the good stuff: clean, spacious rooms, great beds, clean pool has kids out by 10 (quiet time for an adult swim and hot tub), parking is free, easy access from the freeway, area feels safe, breakfast room is big, rooms appeared to have adequate sound-proofing - YAY.
