1. After reading the reviews (mixed), I called the hotel to inquire about the new management and upgrades as well as best prices.

2. The hotel is old, not in the best area of town, our bathroom had a hole in the wall, the comforters were worn and one had a hole in it an the mattresses were either cheap or old.
