5. Honestly, we did not ask to be moved so some of the frustration lies with us, but the hotel should take care to make sure ALL guests have good experiences especially when they see problems.

8. Better than most Fairfields with good landscaping, plentiful parking, complimentary breakfast, clean and well maintained carpeting and other decor, 2 computers, pool, hot tub and exercise facility.
