3. We are treated like old friends by now and the staff is just so welcoming, the rooms are so comfortable and the whole experience is always the best.

4. Free tea and coffee all day and free popcorn in the evenings are a welcome bonus and the absence of a full-blown restaurant or kitchen means no cooking smells.
