1. Santa Barbara hotels are notoriously expensive, so we feel like we got a pretty good deal considering.

4. Not too long after this the sun came up and the 2 people and 4 children upstairs from us in a single room were clomping all over the floor like elephants.

5. Also, there is not enough parking like they advertise so we had to park on a busy street in front of the homeless Vet shelter next door where they sleep 3 deep on the sidewalk out front.

6. The room was also loud, my neighbor sounded like he was right in my room (although most hotels have this problem) There is a train that goes by, whistle blowing, occasionally and I turned on the heat which was very loud and clanking, sounded like someone was banging around in there.
