1. While it is on State and a little noisy the rooms are clean, the rooms are nicely styled (exactly like the pictures online) and the beds are comfortable.

5. +great value, we stayed for $79/night+very clean with daily room service +free on site parking +nice and modern design +friendly staff +at first I minded that it's location was not walking distance to downtown, but after my first day in SB I was actually appreciative.

6. You park your car right in front of your room and are welcomed by a super nice lady (I forgot her name :-( ) who can give you advice on where to go.

9. The only, not so pleasant thing, was the stuffy odor in the room but we opened the windows and it was a nice breeze that came in and the odor went away.
