1. The lack of air conditioning is bad only in that you had to leave the window open with fan running to cool the room.

4. Oh there is a fan provided in the room for you to cool off but you would have to leave the sliding door open and the screen door doesn't lock and this would be a safety issue for sure due to the balcony area is open to the public.
