1. Why would a hotel even book rooms in that area? The few redeeming qualities were the brand new in-room safe hidden in the credenza, the pool and hot tub being clean and the multitude of electrical outlets.

4. The beds are VERY comfortable (and I often have a hard time sleeping in hotel beds) with great linens and comfy pillows and the rooms are nicely appointed and clean.

Maybe the bathroom could be a little more modern and functional, but the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the service excellent (we have been given very good tips at reception as to where to eat and we also have been served chilled white wine and chocolate strawberries in our room as a little honeymoon treat.
