This place has it all: extremely reasonable prices -- if you book online you can even get a room for $100; very helpful and friendly staff (although it's a Ramada, it has the feeling of a locally owned/operated establishment that cares); nice, clean rooms; continental breakfast included; interesting grounds -- including a tropical style lagoon that obviously requires a lot of effort and care, complete with unusual geese and an egret; convenient location 10 minutes drive from the center of town and 5 minutes from UCSB.
