2. b)hotwire offers this property to its customers with a 75% customer satisfaction rate (a rate that I really can not believe looking at this motel and remembering what I just saw)How can somebody write about good service at this place ??? if you would like to go there then Pool hours are still terrible, another thing - I got checked in at 9pm by the general manager .

4. The two men we met generally ignored your presence until they felt ready to help you, they spoke in condascending tones, and barely answered your questions (as if it was an inconvenience for them).
