4. The service was fair; the ladies in the front were generally helpful and nice, however they would not accomodate our request to move from being next to the elevator because we were staying too many consecutive nights and they didn`t have anything available.

5. Basically when you select the general vacinity you are interested in they can and do place you on the very outskirts of that area.
