3. general manager, please, put coffee and tea service back in the lobby.

4. The front desk is generally helpful, but on this particular occasion, I had a hard time getting hoild of them mostly likely b/c staffing issues and the volume of travellers .

10. generally I like to try different places to eat when I'm traveling but ended up eating dinner there twice it was so good and the service was excellent.
