7. The only negatives I have is that the adjustable bed was too firm even at the softest setting (I like softer) and there is no ice machine on the third floor.

8. I prefer booking at this level of hotel, if the place is clean and well-maintained, rather than at a more expensive one, because the rooms are basically the same; and Hilton Garden Inn, like many hotels of its level, provides free wi-fi.

9. One of our relatives has used the Serenity Spa at the hotel and liked it, but we didn't use it, so again, I cannot rate it.

10. It's still just a short drive up the highway to just about anywhere you'd like to go so it wasn't a problem.
