1. I would have liked better to find some cold drinks, which could have been charged to my account.

3. The train is very loud in the morning and the free breakfast isn't anything to brag about, you're better off walking to Starbucks and buying a muffin and coffee, not to mention the additional fees that were addressed when I was checking out.

4. The rooms are very clean and nice,many with city and bay views and they are better furnished, with fridge and microwaves, than some of the high price $300.

5. Having stayed in San Diego multiple times, I think there are many hotels that are a much better value with a little nicer look and feel to them where I know I have slept much better since people didn't stand right outside my door screaming at 7 am (I mean every morning we were there, for at least an hour and a half the screaming and banging occurred).

8. My main complaint is the airport shuttle takes forever, you are better off taking a cab.

9. We noticed it the night we stayed before the cruise, on the 6th floor facing the bay; but on our return for a 3 night stay we picked an 11th floor room, closer to the elevator so we had a better view of the bay, and didn't really notice it as much.

10. With complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle I feel this hotel is one of the better bargains in downtown.
