2. There was one clerk in the hotel who was reluctant to give us more then one parking pass per room but the man who was there when we checked was very polite and helped us out with directions and had no problem giving us extra parking passes.

4. The staff was helpful on check-in, but nobody around to assist with luggage, but the elevators were a nice surprise, so we didn't have the problems we expected.
