7. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and shops and restaurants are within walking distance - the free Starbucks coffee and cookies in the lobby are a bonus.

9. , I had two rooms with family & friends coming in and out as we were in for a bridal shower and we were helped with extra towels, extra keys and they took the name of the guests who were arriving when we weren't there so they could get into the rooms and get ready for the shower.
