The staff has excellent customer-service skills and it is apparent they are all well-trained on how they treat their customers because I felt I was receiving over-the-top services as I appreciated the littlest of things such as them greeting me when entering and leaving the premises and asking how my stay was going and whether or not I needed anything to make my stay more welcoming and accommodating.
