1. The staff recommended a walk-in care clinic about 1 mile away and the guy who runs the coffee house (Oner) drove us there and then picked us up later.

2. They did have a guest computer in the lobby of the hotel with internet access that allowed me to check/send any work related emails that I felt needed to be taken care of now.

I have to say that between Melissa and Catherine, I could have had a bad association with my stay here, but I only have great things to say about the location, the friendly (over used I know, but really, happy friendliness, not the kind that you know 'it's just their job to act like they care) assistance with a problem that was really none of their responsibility makes me want this hotel to continue to be a success and popular.
