1. You will be taking a shower and suddenly the pressure drops and the temperature jumps up to scalding hot or falls to freezing cold (I guess it depends on whether your neighbor opened up the hot or cold taps).

5. The staff told me that they have trouble with the pressure and that the water comes from a main line in the middle of the building so if you're close to the middle you have better pressure.
