1. It's located conveniently close to I-5 on the north end of San Diego which was nice since we were driving south from the Bay area and didn't have to drive through downtown at night.

9. The price is always in our budget and it is located in such a convenient spot next to the freeway (805 & 15) and it's also close to attractions such as San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Birch Aquarium, Downtown Gaslamp District, Coronado and various shopping centers/malls.
