6. we ate in the hotel a couple of nights; the restaurant had virtually shut down other than for breakfast over the holiday season, but the restricted menu and the food we chose from it and ate in the bar area were pretty good and reasonably priceda holiday in san diego in the winter is the epitome of cool, and the laid back friendly tone of this beautifully clean hotel means that we'll be more than happy to 'come home' here again.
