The staff are extremely helpful (particularly Anna who takes a real interest in your comfort and the enjoyment of your stay) and very committed to providing an excellent service whether it is in restocking the breakfast supplies, keeping the pool-side neat and tidy or making sure your room is up to scratch - you may feel the staff are just doing what they are supposed to be doing but they do not stint and actually take pride in the service they deliver.
