7. The first was over 4th of July weekend in 2011 and, with downtown activities-- fireworks at night, local symphony playing within walking distance (on bay)-- it just couldn't have been any better.

8. The Ace Parking structure across the street is a better value if you're not planning to use your car much (public transportation is a great option in SD).
