1. I guess Homewood Suites are more like apartments rather than a hotel so you don't get hotel style service.

6. As other travelers have pointed out the first floor is not too desirable, because you feel like you are in the middle of the parking lot, but the higher floors are nice and you can get a glimpse of the water from most balconies.
