1. We could tell that this was an older Residence Inn that had been converted and was under new management.

3. My wife and I dragged our heavy bags to the pool area and sat down, It took about an hour to get a new room.

4. So we called the front desk and and of course they apologized and told us they would get us a new room right away.

5. The only way they could get us into the room was with a master key (this was AFTER they made us trot back and forth 3 times to front desk from this unit to get a new key).

6. 'Business Center' was a computer in the hallway - far cry from the lovely business center of the Hilton Garden Inn we had stayed in @ new Braunfels (for same price).

10. I thought it was rather ironic that she was able to find a small plastic container which was not missed ~ wasn't found when I called the first time ~ and couldn't find a new box of cologne when I gave specific directions as to where it was left.
