6. I liked that it was set up as a small apt with kitchen/living room, hallway then bedroom, not a fake suite with a little wall to separate.

7. My goal was to get a lil sunshine however, the way the building is set up, the pool area is completely shaded by afternoon which is good in the summer but kinda bad on those indian summer days like now.
