5. Checked me in at 6:00, gave me a new key at 11:00 pm ( mine did not work) and then checked me out at 8:30 am all with a smile and fresh suit.

8. They keep trying to update with new carpets, furniture, etc, but the bathrooms are small, tile cracked, tub marred, the water system not reliable, and the rooms have very low ceilings (especially the bathroom).

10. but there is major construction going on across the street for a new Hyatt and that was pretty noisy in the early morning.
