3. 1st impressions will scare you as you drive up as the property is older and their is a lot of construction going on in the area, but once you're settled in, you don't hear anything.

5. We were impressed that on certian evenings the cabana next to the pool offered free soft drinks and snacks for the kids and refreshments for the adults, we thought that was a special touch.
