1. We told him that shouldn't matter, WE have already paid and should we recieve less than adequate service just because HE hasn't been paid yet? So he said that he would give us a $25 credit when all the payments went through.

2. The breakfast area was a bit small for this size motel, but continental breakfast offerings were fresh, adequate and the area was clean.
