3. Was disappointed that I could not stay near Riverwalk because all hotels were booked for 11/11/11, however this hotel was available and very reasonable.

4. What made matters worse is, I asked for a cancellation receipt for the room that they did not have ready, and the manager on duty stated that the only reason I was allowed a cancellation option was because it was before 6pm, not because our room was not ready.

8. The only real complaint we had was with the restaurant, which served excellent food at reasonable prices, but you really had to be patient waiting for it.
