1. Tammy, at Reception, started off by answering a pre-checkin question I had on the phone, and then every other person was equally helpful and friendly --- even the guys who parked cars were terrific.

7. One of our party forgot her phone charger and mentioned it to the front desk, and the front desk person went and got hers out of her car for my friend to use.
