3. We see this a lot in high end hotels and while they are great, in the summer they get a bit uncomfortable because you're too cool without something more than a sheet but the comforter is way too much.

8. After my poor husband lost his cool and yelled at probably half the Omni staff by phone (they kept transferring him -- passing the buck) they finally brought us one rollaway bed.

9. I know that in July you can`t expect the air to work very well but I live in Houston where it gets a lot hotter so I know the air conditioner should have cooled better than it did.
