Ok so the evening comes im out on the town with some old buddies enjoying my night my wife & child at the hotel , I call and April answers front desk & refuses to transfer me, hmm i dont like april at 3:30 in the morning shes disturbing my family telling them to pay for the room in ten mintues or she would throw them out.

8. As I had made my reservations online and had added a note that I would like to have a King room with a roll in shower I got back to inquire if such a room might be available.
