3. The hotel is very well located (close to the airport and close to many of SLC's interesting attractions), which is why we returned and were happy to find quality of service was still very good.

5. I was happy with everything except the towels which definitely need to be washed with bleach to hide what I assume are brown crayon marks.

6. It's hard to describe - at a Residence Inn by Marriott for example, they do this similar concept well - to make you feel like you live there and are happy to be doing so - here you feel a little more like "are you sure I am in the right place?" Overall it felt, well, weird.
