2. The staff was helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our car (packed to go) in their lot while did research in the Family Search Library and sttended the organ recital at Temple Square.

3. They did have a luggage cart for us to use which helped a lot; the outdoor pool was not open in winter so can't comment on that.
