1. After an 18 hour day in the heat, all that I wanted was a cool place to sleep so I accepted the room.

2. I then arrive at my room (1026) and it was HOT, the usual wall unit with thermostat is not in existence and the cooling/heating unit was about the size of a small suitcase.

5. Heating/cooling units are noisy in the annex and didn't work at all on our 5th floor room in the tower.

6. May 31st, the front desk clerk was really cool - but, I got upset when she tried to use my credit card used for the 'pre-paid' and it came back denied?? It appeared the card was not being accepted, so I had to use another card.

7. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool, the toilet ran the entire night and when we called to have it fixed they told us the would be right up and no one ever came.

9. The heating and cooling was not working correctly with the A/C kicking on every thirty minutes waking you while you slept interrupting a good nights sleep on very comfortable mattress.
