3. Good points first - they offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great for getting to the conference at Salt Palace Convention Centre.

9. the room was just not clean,the doors had dirt on them,the kleenex box was almost empty,not enough towles,carpet needed a good deep cleaning,it just didn't feel comfortable in there.
