1. Towels were replaced but one day we got no bathmat, just several hand towels instead, and no new washcloths.

The new room had a tub and did not smell so bad (at first- the smell came back the next day which made me think perhaps it was a serious hygeine problem on the part of housekeeping staff?) but microwave was broken and iron was missing and the TV only got about half the channels it was supposed to.
