4. It is modern, clean, reasonably quiet (you can never completely escape the inconsiderate jerks who slam the doors at 6:00 am) and reasonably priced for a hotel in a big city close to downtown especially with free parking (which is not the case with a number of the other nearby hotels).

7. This Crystal Inn location, (technically) in downtown Salt Lake City, is a fine example of cost/benefit -- reasonably-low cost, good location, decent breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub, and small (but useful) exercise area.
